Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Middletown, OH is seeking a part-time Ice Cream Specialist (Dip Clerk) to deliver the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience. You will make hand-dipped cones, shakes and malts, serve food items, and operate the POS and gas console with accuracy.

This role requires English communication, cash handling, and reliable physical ability to lift up to 10 pounds. Shifts may include 1st, 2nd or 3rd, with up to 25 hours per week and pay between $11.50 and $13.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers
• Ability to operate POS terminal and gas console
• Ability to handle coins, currency, checks, and cards
• Ability to perform food service tasks and dip-side prep
• Ability to lift and move items as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience to guests
• Prepare shakes, malts, cones and hand-packed items
• Operate POS and gas console accurately
• Stock shelves and maintain clean, presentable dip cabinet
• Maintain store security and proper cash handling
• Keep store and equipment clean and safe
• Complete time records and related reporting
• Follow management directions and perform other duties
