Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old to work at United Dairy Farmers.
• Able to speak, hear, and understand spoken English well enough to communicate with customers.
• Ability to lift at least 10 pounds and work in cold/freezer environments for short periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature Hi Five Guest Experience to every Guest.
• Prepare DipSide items: shakes, malts, cones, sundaes, sodas and hand-packed containers.
• Operate POS terminal and gas console, handle transactions and payments.
• Stock shelves, coolers, dip cabinet and displays; rotate stock and check dates.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and equipment temperatures.
• Accurately complete time records and required documents.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by Management.
• Communicate clearly with customers and identify guest needs.
• Follow company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with laws.
