Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking an Ice Cream Specialist in Cincinnati for part-time hours (25 hours or less per week). You will craft hand-dipped cones, shakes, and other treats, while delivering the Hi Five Guest Experience.

The role requires customer service excellence, accurate cash handling, and safe operation of store equipment. The position reports to Store Manager and requires the ability to communicate effectively in English, meet lifting and temperature-tolerance requirements, and work

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old to work.
• Ability to speak, hear, and understand spoken English well enough to communicate with customers.
• Ability to lift at least 10 pounds and work in cold temperatures (as low as –30°F) for short periods.
• Part-time availability (25 hours or less per week) and willingness to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly.
• Prepare shakes, malts, cones, and hand-packed items.
• Operate POS terminal and gas console accurately for all transactions.
