United Dairy Farmers in Columbus, OH is seeking an Ice Cream Specialist for part-time work (25 hours or less per week) to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience, greet guests warmly, and ensure the store is ready for customers at all times. The role involves making hand-dipped cones, shakes and malts, operating the POS and gas console, stocking merchandise, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and following all company policies and procedures.

The schedule may include 1st, 2nd or 3rd shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the signature Hi Five Guest Experience; greet guests warmly and keep the store prepared for customers at all times.
• Prepare shakes, malts, cups/cones of ice cream/yogurt, sundaes, sodas and hand-packed containers.
• Operate the POS system and gas console; process transactions and make change accurately.
• Stock shelves, displays, dip cabinet and freezers; rotate stock and check for out-of-code dates.
• Maintain store security; monitor customers, manage cash drops and follow safety programs.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe operation of store and equipment; monitor temperatures.
• Complete time records and Customer First Documentation accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
