United Dairy Farmers in Cincinnati is seeking an Ice Cream Specialist to join our team. You will provide the Hi Five Guest Experience by warmly greeting guests and crafting hand-dipped cones, shakes, and sundaes while following safety and company policies.

The role requires reliable team players who can operate the POS and gas console, stock shelves, maintain cleanliness, and ensure proper product rotation. A positive attitude and strong customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old to work.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience with warm, authentic greetings and attentive service.
• Prepare hand-dipped cones, shakes, malts, cups/cones of ice cream/yogurt, sundaes, sodas and hand-packed containers.
• Efficient operation of the point of sale system and gas console, handling transactions and cash with accuracy.
• Stock shelves, freezers and dip cabinets; ensure products are rotated and in good condition.
• Maintain store security, monitor customers, manage cash drops and follow safety procedures.
• Keep the store and equipment clean and safe; monitor temperatures of refrigeration and equipment.
• Accurately complete time records and the Customer First Document.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by Management.
