Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking an Ice Cream Specialist at our Cincinnati store. This part-time role (25 hours or less per week) supports guest service with the Hi Five experience, handling hand-dipped cones, shakes, malts and other food-service items.

The ideal candidate is at least 16 years old, can operate the POS and gas console, maintain clean shelves and freezers, and work across 1st–3rd shifts. Join our team for flexible hours and friendly customers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Able to perform basic math and make change.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience; greet guests warmly and ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare shakes, cones, sundaes, sodas, and hand-packed items.
• Operate POS and gas console accurately, handle transactions and payments.
• Stock shelves, keep dip cabinet full and presentable, rotate stock and check dates.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety, monitor equipment temperatures.
• Complete time records and customer documentation as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
