Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking an Ice Cream Specialist in Cincinnati, OH to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and prepare hand-dipped items, shakes, and other food service items. You will also manage POS transactions and ensure the store operates safely and efficiently.

The role requires excellent customer service, basic arithmetic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifts including 1st, 2nd, or 3rd.

Qualifications

• Able to greet Guests and provide the Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Proficient in handling transactions and cash operations.
• Able to operate POS and gas console efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience to every Guest.
• Prepare dips, shakes, sundaes and other items.
• Operate POS and gas console accurately and efficiently.
• Stock shelves and keep equipment and displays tidy.
• Maintain store security and perform cash handling procedures.
• Assist in maintaining safe, clean store conditions.
