Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Columbus, OH is seeking an Ice Cream Specialist (Dip Clerk) to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and serve guests with warm, friendly service. You will hand-dip cones, make shakes and malts, and assist with food service items while keeping your area clean and stocked.

Part-time schedule up to 25 hours per week, with 1st, 2nd or 3rd shifts, and pay range $11.50–$13.50 per hour. Must be at least 16 years old. Training provided and opportunity to grow with UDF.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Prepare shakes, malts, cones, cups, and hand-packed items.
• Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately.
• Stock shelves, dip cabinet, and keep displays neat and clean.
• Assist with store maintenance and safety procedures.
