Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Ohio is seeking an Ice Cream Specialist for a part-time role (25 hours or less per week), with potential 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts. You will make hand-dipped cones, shakes, and malts, and prepare food service items for Guests.

The position emphasizes delivering the Hi Five Guest Experience, safe shift operation, and honest conduct in accordance with company policies. Must be 16+ years old.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English with customers.
• Able to operate store equipment, including POS terminal and gas console.
• Able to handle cash, make change, and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience; greet Guests warmly and ensure the store is ready for Guests.
• Prepare shakes, malts, cones, ice cream/yogurt cups, sundaes, sodas and hand-packed items.
• Operate POS system and gas console; process transactions and make change.
• Stock shelves, dip cabinet and maintain presentable displays.
• Monitor store safety and equipment temperatures; maintain cleanliness.
• Complete time records and Customer First Document; perform other duties as assigned.
