Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a part-time Ice Cream Specialist to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience. You will prepare hand-dipped cones, shakes, malts and food items while ensuring fast, friendly service and adherence to store policies.

You will operate the POS and gas console, stock shelves, and keep the dip cabinet and freezers full. The role requires flexible shifts, basic math for transactions, and a commitment to safety and courtesy in a busy convenience store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Part-time position up to 25 hours per week.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to lift up to 21 pounds and tolerate freezer temperatures.
• Willingness to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience; greet guests warmly and ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare shakes, malts, cones, cups, and other dipside items.
• Operate POS system and gas console; handle transactions and change.
• Stock shelves, dairy cases, and freezers; rotate stock and check dates.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety; monitor equipment temperatures.
• Complete time records and other duties as assigned.
