Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking an Ice Cream Specialist to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience. This part-time position (25 hours or less per week) involves making hand-dipped cones, shakes, malts, and food service items, while ensuring accurate transactions and a safe, friendly store environment.

You must be at least 16 years old. Training covers greeting guests, operating the POS and gas console, stocking and closing procedures.

Qualifications

• Must provide friendly, efficient guest service following Hi Five principles.
• Experience with cash handling and the POS system is preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly.
• Prepare hand-dipped items, shakes, and other ice cream products.
• Operate POS and gas console, handle transactions and give correct change.
• Maintain clean, stocked shelves and equipment.
• Follow store policies and safety guidelines.
