United Dairy Farmers is seeking a part-time Ice Cream Specialist to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and prepare hand-dipped treats. You will operate the POS system and gas console, handle transactions, and ensure friendly, efficient service to guests.

Responsibilities include stocking, maintaining equipment, and following safety and cash procedures. You will work in shifts and must communicate effectively in English while upholding company policies and standards.

Formación

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Capable of cash handling and making change.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Compliance with store policies and safety requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and provide the Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Prepare shakes, malts, cones, and other hand-dipped items.
• Operate POS system and gas console, handling transactions.
• Stock shelves and keep dip cabinet and freezers organized.
• Maintain security and follow cash drop procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe operation of equipment.
• Complete time records and required documentation.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by Management.
