Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking an Ice Cream Specialist to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience. You will prepare hand-dipped cones, shakes, malts, and other food items, while ensuring accurate cash handling and efficient POS use. The role requires maintaining a clean, organized store and providing friendly service to every Guest.

Part-time position (25 hours or less per week), with potential 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift. Must be at least 16 years old.

Qualifications

• Customer-service oriented with focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to operate POS system and handle transactions accurately.
• Clear communication with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide Hi Five Guest Experience and greet guests warmly.
• Prepare shakes, malts, cones, sundaes, and other ice cream items.
• Operate POS and gas console accurately, process transactions, and manage change.
• Keep shelves and dip cabinets stocked and presentable.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and proper product temperatures.
• Complete time records and essential documentation.
