Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking an Ice Cream Specialist for a part-time schedule (25 hours or less per week). The role focuses on delivering the Hi Five Guest Experience, making hand-dipped cones, shakes, and other items, and ensuring efficient store operations.

Ability to communicate in English and meet physical requirements is needed. Responsibilities include greeting guests, operating the POS and gas console, stocking merchandize, and maintaining a clean, safe store.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old to work at United Dairy Farmers.
• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate with customers.
• Ability to operate store equipment safely and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience with friendly greetings.
• Prepare shakes, cones, sundaes, and other hand-dipped items.
• Operate POS system and gas console accurately.
• Stock shelves and keep dip cabinet stocked.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and proper cash handling.
• Complete time records and other duties as assigned.
