Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking an Ice Cream Specialist to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience, crafting hand-dipped cones, shakes and food items while keeping the store clean, stocked, and safe according to company policy.

You will greet guests, handle POS transactions, manage cash and supplies, monitor refrigeration, and uphold requirements for quality, honesty and customer care in a fast-paced, part time setting.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds.
• Minimum age 16 years old.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience and greet guests warmly.
• Prepare shakes, malts, cones, and food items per standards.
• Operate POS and gas console, handle cash and transactions.
• Keep shelves, dip cabinet, and freezers clean and stocked.
• Maintain store safety, security, and compliance with policies.
