Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking an Ice Cream Specialist to deliver the five phases of the Hi Five Guest Experience. You will craft hand-dipped cones, shakes and malts and assist with food service, while ensuring safe and ethical operation during your shift.

This part-time role (up to 25 hours per week) requires excellent customer service, basic cash handling, and the ability to work across first, second, or third shifts. Candidates must be at least 16 years old and able to lift up to 10 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old to work.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Basic cash handling and POS operation skills.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and work in cold environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide the five phases of The Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly.
• Prepare shakes, cones, scoops and hand-packed items for Guests.
• Efficient operation of POS system and gas console, including transactions and coupons.
• Stock shelves and maintain a presentable dip cabinet and clean work areas.
• Monitor temperatures and ensure store equipment is safe and functional.
• Complete time records and other reports as required by Management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
