Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a part-time Ice Cream Specialist to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience. You will mainly make hand-dipped cones, shakes, and other foods, while ensuring safe and ethical operations during your shift.

The role requires at least 16 years of age, ability to handle cash and transactions, and strong customer service. The position is on-site with part-time scheduling up to 25 hours per week, including first, second, or third shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to handle cash, credit transactions, and coupons.
• Strong guest-service orientation with clear communication.
• Able to speak, hear, and understand English proficiently.
• Wamiliarity with stocking and merchandising routines.

Responsibilities

• Provide Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly.
• Prepare shakes, cones, sundaes, and other dip-side items.
• Operate POS and gas console accurately and securely.
• Keep shelves and freezers stocked and display-presentable.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety in accordance with policies.
• Complete time records and other required documentation.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by Management.
