Job summary

Meta is seeking a Part-Time Meta Merchandising and Support Representative in Boise, ID. The role blends in-store merchandising with remote L2 support, spending about 70% in stores and 30% remotely, with 20–24 hours weekly schedule.

Qualifications

• Electronics merchandising experience or equivalent.
• Demonstrated customer service aptitude with follow-up and resolution.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex displays and provide solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven time management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to work in field and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Execute merchandising and display maintenance for Meta products.
• Ensure displays are functional, powered, priced and compliant.
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain displays.
• Validate inventory and maintain presentation standards.
• Conduct store visits including audits and signage updates.
• Build relationships with retail teams.
• Complete reporting and photo submissions.
• Provide remote troubleshooting support and respond to inquiries.
• Own issue resolution and documentation; perform quality control audits.
• Support surveys, instructions, and materials planning; monitor parts.
