Premium Retail Services is seeking a Merchandising Specialist to join our in-store team in McCall, Idaho. This part-time role involves stocking shelves, front-facing displays, and installing promotional signage for top brands across local retailers.

You will work independently with a smartphone to report tasks, capture photos, and communicate with store partners. Candidates must be 18+, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable lifting items as needed.

Qualifications

• You must own a smartphone with active data service and camera.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• You demonstrate reliability and strong work ethic.
• You can move around the store and lift/stock items as needed.
• You can follow detailed instructions and use app-based reporting.

Responsibilities

• Locate and stock merchandise from backroom to sales floor.
• Front-face shelves and maintain product displays.
• Set up displays and install signage and marketing materials.
• Assist with store remodels and category transitions.
• Report completed tasks via smartphone app.
• Represent Premium in assigned stores and build relationships with partners.
