Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a Part-Time Meta Merchandising Representative to support Meta retail products in Lebanon, TN and surrounding areas. The role involves high-quality merchandising, product support, and maintaining Meta display systems in stores, with 22–24 hours per week and $19 per hour.

You will build relationships with store staff and management, provide clear installation feedback, and participate in field audits and meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of retail merchandising experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot simple and complex consumer electronics displays.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
• Ability to travel extensively when required.
• Flexible schedule; nights/weekends may be required.
• Video editing skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Meta with strong retail professionalism and educate store associates on Meta products.
• Execute high-quality merchandising across locations, including display setup, planogram compliance, and pricing.
• Install, troubleshoot, assemble, and maintain Meta consumer electronics displays and signage updates.
• Validate inventory levels, ensure product placement, and visit stores within territory.
• Provide feedback on installations and complete daily reports with photos and documentation.
• Manage scheduling and log in-store time, mileage, and activities.
