Job summary

United Way of Northern Utah is seeking a part-time Weber CTC Assistant Coordinator to support the Weber Communities That Care coalition. You will handle administrative duties, data tracking, and volunteer engagement while coordinating meetings and community outreach in Weber County and surrounding areas.

The role requires strong organization, effective communication, and the ability to adapt to variable schedules, events, and travel.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent in public administration, social work, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of project management and/or volunteer coordination experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for reporting and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative tasks for coalition workgroups, committees, and boards, including scheduling, minutes, and reminders.
• Enter and track data for reports, grant progress, and outcomes.
• Draft grant reports and assist with budget development and management.
• Recruit, retain, and work with volunteer coalition members; oversee volunteer coordination and communications.
• Coordinate outreach, presentations, tabling, and surveys; build relationships with community partners.
