Responsibilities

• Weber County 4-H Team Support: collaborate with the Weber County 4-H team to meet goals and priorities.
• Volunteer Recruitment and Support: recruit and onboard volunteers, maintain regular communication.
• Club Development and Support: assist with community and project clubs across 4-H interests.
• Youth and Family Support: connect youth and families with clubs, events, and opportunities.
• Program and Event Coordination: assist with planning county 4-H activities and events.
• Program Communication and Administrative Support: handle communications and records, follow policies.
