United Way of Northern Utah is seeking an Office Coordinator to serve as the first contact for visitors and callers while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the Ogden office. This onsite role coordinates office administration, provides support across departments and the operations team, and assists with donor and finance processes to maintain an organized, welcoming workplace.

Summary: The Office Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for visitors, tenants, partners, and callers while ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the United Way office. This position coordinates office administration, provides administrative support across departments and the operations team, and assists with donor and finance processes.. The Office Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining an organized, welcoming, and highly responsive workplace that supports organizational effectiveness.

Location: Ogden, UT (fully onsite)
Hours:This is a 40-hour per week, hourly, non-exempt position. United Way of Northern Utah hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Work hours are subject to change based on events and activities happening within United Way.
Compensation:
Wage: $18-$21 per hour
Benefits: A comprehensive benefits plan includes vacation, sick leave, holidays, health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, as well as a 403(b) match of up to 10% of your salary after 1 year of employment.
Projected Hiring Timeline: 2-4 weeks; phone screenings should begin the week of October 5th with an intention for in-person interviews with applicable candidates the week of October 19th
