Job summary

UPS is seeking a qualified supervisor to oversee package handlers, train teams, and ensure safety, production, and attendance standards are met. The role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and fostering a cooperative work environment across departments.

The position focuses on maintaining high productivity and quality, implementing development plans, and ensuring proper orientation and ongoing coaching for staff within a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 70 lbs (32 kgs).
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred.
• Management experience - Preferred.

• Manage department resources to maximize output, accuracy and efficiency.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment and proactive communication.
