Job summary

UPS is seeking a supervisor to oversee Package Handlers, train and develop workgroups, and uphold safety, productivity, and accuracy across the facility. You will lead with a strong focus on service quality and cross‑level communication.

Responsibilities include enforcing safety, managing resources for maximum output, promoting a collaborative culture, implementing development plans, and coaching staff through orientation and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 70 lbs / 32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalence - Preferred
• Management experience - Preferred
