Job summary

Qualifications

• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent preferred; management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise Package Handlers and train, develop, and hold workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Set and maintain high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety.
• Provide leadership and cultivate productive relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Ensure orientation, training, and ongoing coaching to support development and compliance.
• Ensure employees adhere to safety policies and OSHA requirements at all times.
