Job summary

UPS is seeking a supervisor to oversee Package Handlers, train workgroups, and uphold safety, production, and attendance standards. The role drives productivity, accuracy, and customer service while fostering a collaborative work environment across the organization.

The position requires strong leadership, effective communication, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced warehouse setting. Candidates should be able to lift heavy loads and work flexible shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs / 32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Package Handlers and trains workgroups for safety, production and attendance.
• Sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy and customer service.
• Promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment and inter-departmental cooperation.
• Implements personal development plans for department personnel.
• Ensures employees receive orientation, training and regular evaluations.
• Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed at all times.
