UPS is seeking a supervisor to lead and develop Package Handlers, ensuring safety, productivity and attendance standards are met. The role requires coordinating with multiple teams and maintaining high levels of accuracy and customer service.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or international equivalent, strong communication skills, and flexibility for shifts. A permanent, on-site position with opportunities for growth is offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead and supervise a team of package handlers.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.

Responsabilités

• Supervises package handlers and trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Sets and maintains high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety.
• Provides innovative and effective leadership and cultivates a functional working relationship with all levels of personnel.
• Ensures all department employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times.
