Job summary

The Northwest School is seeking a part-time HRIS and Operations Coordinator to support the Human Resources department. You will manage Paycom transactions, maintain HR data integrity, and assist payroll and benefits administration in a high-volume environment.

This 0.50 FTE role requires strong detail orientation, confidentiality, and proficiency with HRIS systems. The position involves collaboration with staff across campus and ensures accurate HR records and timely payroll processing.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise HRIS workflows and reporting.
• Associate's degree or equivalent required; bachelor preferred.
• Minimum two years in HR operations/payroll or related admin role.
• Strong attention to detail and discretion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Administer Paycom HRIS on day-to-day transactions.
• Maintain employee records and onboarding/offboarding.
• Support payroll and benefits processes.
• Assist talent acquisition and new hire paperwork.
