Frazer Jones is seeking a part-time Human Resources Business Partner in New York, NY, with 3 days onsite per week in Midtown Manhattan. This hands-on role supports the U.S.

employee population and partners with leadership to streamline HR processes and drive performance in a professional services environment. The ideal candidate has HR generalist or HRBP experience with knowledge of New York employment laws, and is comfortable balancing administrative tasks with strategic partnership.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HR generalist experience supporting US-based employees.
• Solid knowledge of NY employment regulations.
• Experience handling employee relations, leave administration, and performance processes.
• Willingness to be hands-on with administrative and strategic tasks.
• Strong HRIS skills and reporting experience.
• Background in professional services/financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations, onboarding and offboarding, and leave administration.
• Oversee performance management, HR operations, and compliance tasks.
• Prepare HR reporting and partner with leadership and global HR.
• Drive HR projects to support business priorities and employee experience.
