The role covers recruitment, onboarding, and HRIS management to ensure accurate employee records and compliant processes. You will screen applications, coordinate interviews, prepare materials, and administer pre-employment steps including references and background checks, while maintaining confidentiality and strong customer service with applicants and staff.

Qualifications

• Certificate in human resource management or 30 college units toward degree.
• Minimum three years in HR recruitment or generalist role with public interaction.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of the recruitment process.
• Screen applications and notify candidates of results.
• Coordinate interviews and prepare materials.
• Administer pre-employment steps including references and background checks.
• Maintain HRIS records and prepare reports.
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and training.
