Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a Part-Time Human Resources Specialist to join their team on a temporary basis in Arlington, Virginia. You will provide hands-on HR support during a busy year-end period and assist with benefits, open enrollment, and year-end HR activities.

The role involves compiling HR KPIs and reports, maintaining employee data, and supporting overall HR priorities. The schedule is onsite on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with parking options available.

Formación

• Previous HR experience required.
• Experience with benefits, open enrollment, or HR reporting preferred.
• Experience with HR metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting.
• Experience with Paychex or ADP preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable quickly stepping into a temporary assignment and supporting ongoing HR initiatives.

Our client, a national nonprofit organization, is seeking a Part-Time Human Resources Specialist to join their team on a temporary basis in Arlington, Virginia.

About The Job:

• Provide hands-on HR support during a busy year-end period
• Assist with open enrollment preparation, benefits administration, and year-end 401(k) and tax-related HR activities
• Compile and maintain HR KPIs, metrics, dashboards, and employee data
