Qualifications

• SHRM certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administers recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and leave administration.
• Handles HR records, compliance, and driver and medical files as required by law.
• Provides employee relations support and counsel to managers and staff.
• Manages pre-employment processes and coordinates with payroll/benefits.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance and maintains confidential records.
• Assists with training, performance evaluations, and policy administration.
