Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management; HRIS proficiency; SHRM-CP or PHR a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local and federal laws.
• Manage recruitment process including job postings, screening, and interviewing.
• Conduct new employee orientations and onboarding processes.
• Oversee performance management and employee development programs.
• Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to employees and managers.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
• Manage benefits administration and ensure policy compliance.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills.
• Stay updated with industry HR trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with the executive team to implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
