Job summary

GXM Technologies LLC in Arlington, VA is seeking a dynamic part-time Human Resources Manager/Recruiter to support a fast-paced, multi-state staff. The role combines HR leadership, policy guidance, and hands-on recruiting, including technical recruitment for federal contracting environments.

The successful candidate will manage onboarding/offboarding, payroll support, and employee relations while sourcing and vetting candidates for internal interviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business required.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in HR field and supervision.
• Experience in Federal government contracting space, OFCCP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Drives team member engagement programs and initiatives.
• Oversees and manages day-to-day HR activities.
• Develops HR strategy for the company in concert with the Support Team.
• Oversees onboarding and offboarding processes for all team members.
• Sources candidates from various recruiting platforms and referrals.
• Candidate management including communication, tracking, and scheduling.
• Work with Project Leads on candidate pipelines.
• Tracks training and professional development across the company.
• Assists with Payroll process and compensation updates.
• Maintains personnel files with strict confidentiality.
• Conducts investigations as needed for company issues.
• Provides HR Policy guidance and updates Employee Handbook.
• Manages vendor relationships for benefits/insurance programs.
• Plans and supports company functions for in-person and remote teams.
• Ensures compliance with Federal, state, and local laws.
• Works with leadership on HR strategies.
• Researches employment law with corporate attorneys.
• Handles ad-hoc assignments and special projects.
• Coordinates employee travel and expense reporting.
