Job summary

GXM Technologies in Arlington, VA is seeking a dynamic, full-time Human Resources Manager/Recruiter to support a fast-paced, federally contracting environment.

You will lead HR operations, oversee onboarding/offboarding, develop HR strategy with the CFO, and drive technical recruiting across multiple states while ensuring OFCCP compliance. This role combines people leadership with hands-on recruitment in a growing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or business required.
• 10+ years of HR experience and supervision.
• Experience with OFCCP compliance in federal contracting.
• Proficient with HRIS/ATS systems (Paylocity preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication; SHRM member.
• US citizenship required.
• Experience in technical recruiting and federal contracting.

Responsibilities

• Drive employee engagement programs and initiatives.
• Oversee day-to-day HR activities and onboarding/offboarding.
• Develop HR strategy with the CFO and support teams.
• Source and manage candidates; coordinate interviews.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and compensation updates.
• Maintain confidential personnel files; ensure legal compliance.
• Collaborate with vendors on benefits and programs.
• Support travel and expense coordination.
