Job summary

Current is seeking a Human Resources Intern to support operational excellence and employee development at our Fayetteville, AR office.

You will assist with resume screening, onboarding, documentation, and event coordination while gaining exposure to HR strategies and process improvement.

This part-time on-site internship offers flexible hours for students and a hands-on experience in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Interest in human resources, organizational development, or business operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with resume screenings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
• Help maintain and update internal documents, including job descriptions, process documentation, and training materials.
• Support departmental filing, data entry, and administrative organization related to HR and excellence initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members on optimizing internal workflows and employee development programs.
• Support the Department of Excellence by coordinating schedules and organizational initiatives to aid other teams with projects.
• Track and monitor departmental metrics and initiatives, providing status updates and identifying areas for improvement.
• Help document new procedures and process changes across departments for internal consistency.
• Coordinate and participate in department events and training sessions.
