Job summary

Current is seeking a Human Resources intern to support culture and operations across HR initiatives. The role offers exposure to HR, organizational development, and process documentation, collaborating with the Catalyst of Excellence to align practices with people-focused strategies.

The position is a part-time internship (20+ hours/week) located on-site in the Springfield, MO office, with involvement in resume screening, documentation, and cross-team coordination to foster professional growth

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a degree in HR, management, business, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Experience with Office applications is preferred.
• Commitment to confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist with resume screenings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
• Maintain internal documents and training materials.
• Support HR and excellence initiatives with filing and data entry.
• Collaborate to optimize internal workflows and employee development programs.
• Document procedures and support cross-department events and training.
• Track departmental metrics and report status updates.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
