Job summary

Stange Law Firm, PC is seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern for a part-time role in the Creve Coeur, Missouri office. You will support the HR Director, help maintain confidential files, and participate in employee relations, onboarding, benefits, and compliance initiatives.

The position offers hands-on experience in a large multi-state family law firm, with mentoring, training, and opportunities for advancement. 20–29 hours weekly, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. weekdays, pay $16.00–$18.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related field preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources Director.
• Assist with maintaining confidential personnel files and employee records.
• Assist with employee relations matters and HR projects.
• Support employee onboarding and other HR initiatives.
• Assist with employee compensation, benefits administration, and organizational development programs.
• Help ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations including COBRA, ADA, FMLA.
• Develop, update, and maintain firm policies and procedures; communicate and enforce them.
