Job summary

Stange Law Firm, PC in the St. Louis area is seeking a part-time Client Care Assistant to join our growing team in Creve Coeur, Missouri. You will help deliver an exceptional client experience by communicating with clients and supporting attorneys and leadership.

The role offers up to 29 hours per week, weekday daytime hours, starting pay of $16.00 per hour, and a chance to grow within a nationally recognized family law firm committed to client-focused service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Typing speed of approximately 45 WPM or higher.
• Excellent verbal, telephone, and written communication skills.
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in difficult conversations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Prior law firm, legal, customer service, hospitality, call center, or client relations experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients regarding concerns involving attorneys or firm policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service while building positive relationships with current clients.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and the Firm to help resolve concerns professionally and compassionately.
• Listen carefully to client concerns and work toward practical resolutions while explaining Firm policies and procedures.
• Communicate with clients by phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, confidentiality, and sound judgment in every client interaction.
• Work collaboratively with attorneys, Client Care leadership, and other departments to ensure an outstanding client experience.
