LNP Media Group is seeking a Part-Time Human Resources Generalist to provide hands-on HR support across a variety of employee-facing and administrative functions, partnering with the Director of Human Resources and organizational leadership.

The HR Generalist supports benefits administration, recruitment and onboarding, employee records, HRIS administration, employee relations, compliance, performance management, training initiatives, and general HR operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a related HR role such as HR Generalist or HR Administrator.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; HRIS & ATS experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support and respond to employee questions.
• Assist benefits administration and annual open enrollment.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and offboarding.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data entry.
• Support internship programs, job fairs, and recruiting events.
• Assist with job descriptions, evaluations, and training initiatives.
• Support employee relations and ensure compliant HR practices.
• Assist with leave administration and HR recordkeeping.
• Prepare HR communications, reports, and materials.
• Elevate complex matters to the Director of Human Resources when needed.
