Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience including payroll processing, benefits administration, recruitment, and records management.
• Strong understanding of Federal and State employment laws and confidentiality requirements.
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and manage high workload with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Benefits Administration: enrollment changes, deductions, and carrier communications.
• Recruitment and Retention: post openings, onboard new hires, conduct background checks.
• Record Management: maintain electronic/paper files and ensure compliance reporting.
• Payroll Processing: assist with timekeeping, provide payroll support, and audit data.
• Administrative Support: coordinate meetings and prepare Board room logistics.
