Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience including payroll processing, benefits administration, recruitment and records management

Responsibilities

• Administer benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations in HRIS.
• Administer leave management programs (FMLA, MA PFML, LTD, COBRA).
• Process payroll backups and assist with payroll processing.
• Recruitment and onboarding: post openings, prepare offers, complete background checks.
• Maintain employee records and compliance reporting (EEO-1, VETS-100, AA).
