Job summary

Recovery Management Services is seeking an HR Programs and Benefits Coordinator to support benefits enrollment, leave programs, and claims administration. This part-time role runs 25 hours on weekdays, 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., in Austintown Township, OH.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in HR processes, with benefits and HRIS familiarity, and will handle confidential information with care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Background check (BCI/FBI) and pre-employment drug screen required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in HR processes, including benefits and familiarity with HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Benefits Administration: enrollments, updates, and inquiries; maintain documentation and coordinate with providers and HR leadership.
• Leave Management: track documentation, communicate with employees, maintain records.
• Workers' Compensation Claims: coordinate claims with third-party administrator.
• Unemployment Claims: prepare documentation and coordinate with the TPA.
• Safety, Incident and Drug Testing Oversight: ensure reporting and documentation per policy.
