Job summary

The BCRTA Work+ Program enables part-time employees pursuing an undergraduate degree to receive financial assistance for qualified educational expenses. This part-time HRAssistant role supports the Human Resources Department by performing HR tasks, onboarding assistance, and benefits coordination.

A workforce partner with Miami University Regionals coordinates eligibility and enrollment. Hourly rate for this position is $13.50.

Qualifications

• Experience reading and interpreting documents and instruments.
• Ability to multitask in a quick-paced environment and maintain details.
• Strong written and oral communication and teamwork.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Navigate the ATS and HRIS system for document input and retrieval.
• File and maintain electronic documents.
• Assist with hiring and onboarding candidates, including hiring events.
• Assist with communication across the company.
• Assist with benefit management, including open enrollment campaigns.
• Support management with special projects.
