• Assist with hiring and onboarding candidates, including participating in hiring events.
• Assist with communication across the company.
• Assist with benefit management, including open enrollment campaigns.
• Assist management with special projects.
• Maintain composure and act thoughtfully under pressure.
• Promote a positive public image of BCRTA and exceed customer expectations.
