Job summary

Uintah County is seeking a part-time Human Resources Assistant to deliver administrative and customer service support for our small HR team. You will be the frontline contact for employees and visitors, handling multi‑channel inquiries about policies and basic benefits while maintaining confidential records.

You will process personnel changes, support onboarding to offboarding, and assist with leave tracking, Open Enrollment logistics, and safety initiatives, under the direction of the HR

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least two (2) years of administrative or clerical experience, preferably in HR.
• Experience with HRIS and multi‑channel inquiries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, operational, and customer service support for HR processes.
• Serve as frontline contact for employees and visitors, addressing policies and basic benefits.
• Process personnel changes and lifecycle events from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring data integrity.
