You will support recruitment, onboarding, and onboarding orientation, while maintaining confidential HR records and assisting staff with HR questions.

The role emphasizes strong communication, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently within a supportive HR team.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of clerical, administrative, or office experience.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and collaborate effectively with others.

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and new hire orientation activities.
