Abode Services seeks a Resident Services Coordinator to provide housing stabilization services for households facing homelessness or income limits. The role emphasizes counseling, referrals to financial and legal resources, and the development of individualized housing plans with a path to permanent stability.

The position is part-time, 8 hours per week, with two 4-hour shifts (Wednesdays in Redwood City and Thursdays in Daly City). Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent field experience.
• 1 year of case management experience with homeless or low-income populations.
• Valid California Driver's License, auto insurance, and clean DMV record.

Responsibilities

• Provide housing stabilization services and counseling to households experiencing homelessness or low income.
• Refer to financial/credit counseling, legal services, and develop individualized housing plans.
• Coordinate services to connect participants with needed supports and pursue permanent housing stability.
• Maintain comprehensive case files and submit required program reports.
• Collaborate with property management and community partners to foster resident well-being.
