Sage Haus in Tampa, FL is seeking a part‑time Household Manager & Family Assistant to support a busy family. The role covers childcare backup, light household management, errands, meal prep, laundry, and pet care for two dogs and two cats.

You will work 12–15 hours weekly, with 3 days (Tue–Thu) and occasional evenings or overnights. A proactive, organized, trustworthy, and discreet individual who loves families, pets, and maintaining a calm, tidy home will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation is required.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Maintain a smoke-free environment.
• Comfortable with pets, including 2 large dogs and 2 cats.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Babysitting and backup childcare for the toddler, including daycare pickup as needed.
• Occasional evening babysitting for date nights and overnights when parents travel.
• Engaging toddler in age-appropriate activities.
• Handling child-related errands.
• Rotating and organizing toys and clothes; sorting outgrown items and coordinating donations with the family.
• Creating and maintaining household organization systems.
• Organizing closets, dresser drawers, and storage spaces.
• Daily resets and light tidying and keeping shared spaces organized.
• Wiping down countertops and surfaces and vacuuming high-traffic areas as needed.
• Taking out trash and recycling.
• Staying aware of household schedules and getting the home tidy before the weekly cleaners arrive.
• Sweeping the pool deck as needed.
• Wash, dry, fold, and put away family laundry.
• Linen and bedding rotation weekly.
• Dry cleaning drop-off and pickup and ironing/steaming as needed.
• Help unpack after family travel and handle post-trip laundry and household resets.
• Prepare healthy meals 1–2 times per week batch‑cooking.
• Organize the fridge and pantry and keep groceries stocked.
• Maintain a shared grocery list and manage grocery shopping.
• Load, run, and unload the dishwasher and keep the kitchen tidy.
• Collaboratively manage pantry, refrigerator, and household supply restocking.
• Order household supplies and handle returns, errands, and deliveries.
